We have all experienced disappointing, stressful, and emotionally charged situations. These situations can set us back. They can knock our confidence, relationships, productivity and possibly our prospects.

Managing our emotions, our responses and thinking processes can help us to build our resilience when faced with challenging circumstances.

Our ability to be more resilient will lead to better outcomes for everyone.

This practical workshop will help you to make better and more effective choices when under pressure, and increase your ability to bounce back.

Please by if you would like to participate. We will then send dial in details and a small amount of pre-reading to participants.
